Buyer: The natural or legal person who registers on the platform and purchases a subscription ("the User")

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations relating to the SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription purchased by the User via app.procumare.com (buyer panel) or supplier.procumare.com (supplier panel). The platform is operated by SB Marine Gemi Tedarik ve Dış Tic. San. A.Ş. under the Procumare brand. No physical product delivery is involved.

3. Service & Price Information

The User is deemed to have approved the name, price (excluding VAT; VAT is added separately) and billing period (monthly/annual) of the subscription package selected on the order completion screen. Current package prices are published at procumare.com.

4. Payment

Payments are made via the iyzico infrastructure by credit card, debit card or bank transfer/EFT. Payment information is stored encrypted within iyzico's PCI-DSS compliant systems.

5. Performance of the Service & Right of Withdrawal

Service access is provided instantly after payment approval. Pursuant to Article 49 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the User acknowledges that performance of the digital content has begun with their express consent and therefore waives the right of withdrawal.

Exception: If the platform has not been accessed at all, the right of withdrawal may be exercised by written application within 7 days of the first paid payment. In this case, the payment amount is refunded within 7 business days.

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the selected period.
• A cancellation request must be sent to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current period; no refund is made for the remaining time.
• For technical failures caused by SB Marine / Procumare (downtime exceeding 72 hours in a month), a proportional refund or additional time is granted.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved for consumer transactions. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be settled before the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul.
