2. Nature of the Service

Procumare is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform provided over the internet by SB Marine Gemi Tedarik ve Dış Tic. San. A.Ş. No physical product delivery is involved. The service is made available to the user instantly and electronically once payment is approved.

3. Subscription Start & Access

• Your subscription is activated instantly once payment is successfully completed.
• You can access the platform 24/7 via app.procumare.com (buyer) or supplier.procumare.com (supplier).
• A 15-day free trial is offered to new users. No credit card is required during the trial.

4. Cancellation Terms

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation, your access to the platform continues until the end of the current period.
• Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Service Sales

Due to the digital nature of the service, subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• Technical failure: In the event of a serious service interruption caused by SB Marine / Procumare (downtime exceeding 72 hours in a month in total), a proportional refund or additional time is granted.
• Incorrect billing: In case of an overcharge caused by our system, the excess amount is refunded within 7 business days.
• First payment — 7-day right of withdrawal: If a request is made within 7 days of the first paid subscription payment and the platform has not been accessed, a full refund is made under the right of withdrawal.

6. Payment Method

• Payments are securely collected via the iyzico infrastructure.
• Credit card, debit card and bank transfer/EFT are accepted.
• Prices do not include VAT; VAT is added separately.
• The invoice is sent to your registered email address after payment approval.
